Destination Sunset Jax is a private waterfront RV campsite on Pumpkin Hill Creek in Jacksonville, FL, designed for guests looking for a peaceful, scenic stay with direct water access.

2) What hookups are included?

The site includes full RV hookups (power, water, and sewer).

3) Is this site pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome with responsible ownership. Lot is fenced in. Please clean up after them.

4) What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 2pm
Check-out: Noon
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability.

5) Is there a minimum-night stay?

Standard stay is 1 night. A 2-night minimum can apply on holiday weekends. The booking calendar always shows the minimum for the dates you pick.

6) What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before 2pm check-in. No refund if you cancel inside that 3-day window. Same policy for direct bookings and Hipcamp.

7) Is parking available for extra vehicles, trailers, or boats?

Parking is available in the fenced in site.

8) Can we use the boat ramp and dock?

Yes, guests may use on-site waterfront amenities including the boat ramp/dock per safety guidelines.

9) Are campfires, grills, or fireworks allowed?

For safety, rules apply to open flames and outdoor cooking. There is a firepit. Firewood is for sale. A charcoal grill is also provided on the site.

10) Is Wi-Fi provided?

Yes. There is WiFi provided at the site.

11) Is the property secure/private?

The site is private and intended for registered guests only.

14) If we're traveling with a companion, can a second RV be accommodated?

Yes, in many cases we can accommodate a second RV for an additional charge. The site has one 50-amp hookup and one 30-amp hookup. Sewer can be shared, but it requires a split device to connect both RVs. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm setup details and pricing.
